Self-abasement is one kind of mood forms to peole who excessively denies himself in his daily life. Its main performance for appraising lowly to one’s own ability,knowledge,quality and any other own factor. The psychology bearing capacity is frail, withstand smaller stimulating things. Overcautious, sentimental, often has the suspecion psychology and so on. The inferiority can possibly produces in any age stages and on the various person. It influences their study,bodies and mental health.  

Self-abasement and self-confidence are opposites.Self-confidence means the person who thinks highly of himself.He can find his own strong suit.To establish self-confidence should appraise oneself correctly. Discovers one’s own strong point, be certain of one’s own ability.To see both one’s own weak point and the strong point are important. We should find our strong points.We should always believes ourselves such as I can fly .I am great.I can do this better than others and so on.

Self-confident is not narcissistic, and also it is not the arrogance.It is a kind of psychological quality to make us progress.It is a kind of optimistic mood to meet the challenge in our life with the fighting spirit, the abundant working zeal.It is a kind of panacea to defeat oneself, to farewell self-abasement,to get rid of worry.

My world is not big.

Just around my family.my darling.my friends.my study & some other trifling things.Every day.But .I think. it's enough.

I know what's love and what's enmity. somebody said I was too young to understand the world. but I'm really know.My grandma .my darling .maybe somebody else all know.

I want a house .I want a baby with my darling .I want to live with my grandma all her life.They are the person who does I care about .I am so lucky to meet them.and live with them together.

My dear grandma .No one can love me instead of you even Chao Chao ..I know that .I am really really know.

But darling .you are my world .I hope we will love each other forever.
